ABOUT HECTOR GARZA
Hector brings over two decades of legal experience and a lifetime commitment to service to his practice in family law, criminal defense, and immigration matters. His dedication to protecting clients' rights and interests is rooted in his military background and extensive courtroom experience across multiple areas of law.

Before founding his practice, Hector served his country with distinction in the United States Air Force from February 1992 through May 2006, including nine years of active duty followed by five years in the reserves. This military service instilled in him the discipline, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment that define his approach to legal representation.

Hector earned his Bachelor's degree from Park University in Illinois in 2000 while serving in the Air Force, demonstrating his ability to balance multiple demanding responsibilities. He graduated from St. Mary's School of Law in 2004 and was licensed to practice in Texas in May 2005. His commitment to serving clients in federal matters led him to obtain his license to practice in Federal District Court in August 2006.

With extensive trial experience in family law, criminal defense, civil litigation, and immigration proceedings, Hector has successfully represented clients in both jury and non-jury trials. His comprehensive understanding of these interconnected areas of law allows him to provide strategic counsel that addresses the full scope of his clients' legal needs.
Hector maintains active membership in the State Bar of Texas, San Antonio Bar Association (Family Law Section), San Antonio Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, and Mexican American Bar Association, staying current with legal developments and best practices in his fields of expertise.
