Shay has been an integral part of Hector's team since August 2017, beginning her journey as a receptionist and growing into her current role as legal assistant. Fernando Casillas was born in Austin Texas and grew up in Mazatlán Mexico and San Antonio Texas. Adira joined the firm in an unconventional manner, having been recruited directly from a truck in the Walmart parking lot in College Station by Hector, who recognized her exceptional potential for legal support services. As an Australian Shepherd Blue Heeler mix, she brings a unique blend of intelligence, loyalty, and boundless energy to her role.

Amy Villarreal brings over a decade of legal experience, sharp organizational skills, and a deep commitment to the clients she serves. A San Antonio native, Amy understands the community and the people who call it home — and that understanding shapes everything she does.
