Trustworthy Guidance

Meet Olly

Olly joined the Cruz Day Law family bringing exactly the energy this office needed — calm, grounding, and an unshakeable commitment to rest. This mellow boxer pittie will celebrate his 12th birthday on October 21, 2026, and he has earned every one of those years.

His origin story is the stuff of legend: his mom, Shay, was mid-shift at Red Lobster when she got the call. She didn't hesitate. At 11 o'clock at night, she clocked out and went to bring her boy home. It was the right call.

In recent months, Olly demonstrated what the team already knew about him — he is tougher than he looks. He faced a diagnosis of soft tissue sarcoma and came out the other side. He beat it. The office celebrated accordingly.

As Siesta Supervisor, Olly's responsibilities are straightforward but essential: if someone is stressed, overwhelmed, or forgetting to breathe, Olly is on it. His approach is non-verbal, non-billable, and highly effective. He does not schedule appointments. He simply shows up, and somehow, that is always exactly what was needed.

Olly's onboarding has been closely monitored by Adira, the firm's original emotional support dog, who was cautiously optimistic about the new hire from the start. The two have since developed a mutually beneficial working relationship: Adira is helping Olly reconnect with his inner puppy, and Olly — with the quiet wisdom of a senior dog who has seen some things — is teaching Adira the fine art of securing extra treats. Leadership considers this an unofficial but highly productive mentorship.
